Evie's Birthday

Evie's birthday was last week! How fun to have a three year old again! She has been saying she was 3 for about 6 months, so we are glad she finally made it! We have a few birthday traditions in our house. First we (meaning I) decorate with balloons and crape paper. Then we (again I!!) hang up birthday signs. On the morning of their birthday, we wake the person up singing happy birthday and then they have a treasure hunt of their presents.


Here is one of the hiding spots. Other examples are dryer, under beds, drawers, outside....etc.. It makes the present opening so much fun!




Here she is with one of her presents. I made 2 doll blankets, 2 doll pillows and 2 doll mattresses, to go in her new doll bunk bed she got for Christmas.



Her new scooter. She has loved going around the house and circle on this!

When I asked Evie what kind of cake she wanted she said "PINK"!! So here is a pink lemonade birthday cake.

We had a fun birthday dinner, and G & G Wilde were able to come and join us! What fun!
