Jeff's Birthday!

So for Jeff's birthday dinner tonight we decided to have a sushi party! Sushi is Jeff's favorite food! We have some good friends who came over and taught us how to do it! It was so fun and so yummy! Robbie's rolls were called Robbie rolls (of course) but we also had: California rolls, Philadelphian rolls, spicy tuna, and a few others too. We all got to create at least one and had so much fun doing it!

Jeff (who is 33!) with his Key Lime Birthday pie

The spread! Yes those bowls in the middle do contain raw fish....!!!!

The Group, minus Chip who is taking the picture, and the toddlers, who were too busy playing to come and eat!

Thanks Coby and Chip for a great night!!!

Randy talking!

Today I heard some cute noises coming from the kitchen and discovered Randy talking to himself in the mirror on his super saucer.....SO CUTE! I snuck up behind him, so I wouldn't distract him from his cuteness! Watch for his face in the mirror!

Randy for real

I didn't think the last picture of Randy was very flattering, so here is a picture I have been meaning to post for a week or so. He loves the super saucer! This is the best toy for babies this age! I love it! He is starting to sleep for longer periods of time (YEAH for momma!!), and he loves to giggle at the kids and smiles all the time. He needs his first haircut already, but I am afraid to do it! He is skinnier than my other babies at this age, so that is different, but really long. He is a sweet heart and we are glad he is in our family.

Reeses peanut butter cups and crunches

Robbie : Daddy I hurt my leg too. I might need "crunches" too.
Daddy: really? How did you do that?
Um I think it's from the Reeses peanutbutter cup I ate
Daddy: oh yeah
Robbie: yeah maybe I'm alergic or something.

Bloodclots and more really fun stuff!

So, when jeff got his cast off this morning the dr was worried he may have a bloodclot, and sent him to the ER. Sure enough, he has two!!!! So scary! Also, we wanted to share with you all how horrible his incision looks!(they assure us that it looks great!). Still waiting for the dr to tell us how to treat it . What FUN.......!!!!!

Warning! Bathroom post ahead.....

So tonight we were all downstairs watching a movie. Evie was sitting by me and kind of paying attention, but mostly playing with Randy (who was sitting in my lap). Then she started saying something that sounded like Pee dee. She wanted my help with pee dee. I tried to figure it out, then put her off for a while, but she was insistent. Mommy, come help me with pee dee. I thought, hmm, maybe she needs to go to the bathroom.....but I don't say pee pee, I say wet........hmmm. I said to clarify, you need to go to the bathroom and sit on the toilet? YES! she said. So we went, and I took off a dry diaper, and she wet a lot! I said, Evie you just went wet! She said, no, I went pee dee.....! So after thinking about it for a while, my friends little boy is potty training right now, and Evie spent some time over there yesterday and he says pee pee, so there you go!!!!! What a girl! We will see if can get her to call it what I want now!!!! Maybe this child will potty train herself!!

Happy Halloween

We had another fun Halloween! This was our pumpkin carving party. Everyone drew their own faces on, and Jeff (the gimp) helped them carve. We ended the evening toasting the seeds, and man were they yummy!!

I only had this pic of everyone w/ the pumpkins carved, so sorry about Sara's shirt.......

Randy the Dragon. I know he looks thrilled, but I wanted to show off his tail!

Evie the Mouse!! She was so excited to go Trick or Treating, and practiced a lot before we went!
She also sang happy birthday when we lit the candles on the pumpkins. So cute!

Robbie as Anakin, the "good" Jedi. This was after many conversations on which Anakin he should be, the bad one or the good one. I voted for good! (P.S. a huge, gigantic thanks to Grandma Wilkey for saving a crazy momma and making the costume for him!)

And finally, Sara the Queen. We found the dress at TJ Max, and she felt sooooo beautiful in it!!! What a find! She especially loved all the makeup I put on her! What fun!
